Is there a Google Chrome extension where I can block URL's which I have visited more than x-times this day already?

I'm catching myself going to Facebook more than twice a day, this sadly happens with me not really being aware of it. Such an extension should help me avoid those unnecessary visits.

I tried the two different plugins for chrome but I ended up using firefox to go to facebook! I found that I don't need a software. I need to change my behavior and increase my self-discipline. However, I guess if a software can block facebook on all browsers(IE,Firefox, chrome, etc) , that probably could help. In this way, you cant escape to other browsers to go to facebook. – kami Oct 3 '11 at 20:31

StayFocused is a plug-in that blocks your distracting sites after spending too much time on these sites.

RescueTimer comes with distraction blocking, it ensures that you don't visit those sites while you work.

I have heard once of something that does the opposite and only allows you to visit the sites for some minutes, but I can't seem to find the link back to it... – Tom Wijsman Oct 2 '11 at 23:54

RescueTime also comes with a "get focused" mode which blocks such websites for a time period you specify.. – Mohib Sheth Oct 7 '11 at 3:18
