How to train fluid intelligence

I read an article that fluid intelligence can be trained, not simply just by doing problems that involves fluid intelligence: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/05/080505075642.htm

are there any online programs and websites that are especially good for this? Any recommendations?

I'm pretty sceptical of any training that aims to increase your fluid intelligence. Practicing intelligence test items may improve your score on intelligence test items, but I doubt it would generalise to other domains.

I think you're better off trying to acquire domain specific expertise in whatever domain interests you than trying to change something as general as fluid intelligence.
