I've been looking for a good Mind Mapping software for quite a while, but I still haven't found one that would feel just right.

What's your favorite Mind Mapping software?

Darth, it is a polling question. Also possible duplicate productivity.stackexchange.com/questions/1398/… – Soner Gönül Oct 17 '11 at 13:41
I'm using FreePlane on MacOS X (advantage: platform independent; if you'd also be happy with a mac-only software, there might be alternatives which are more mac-like but with a lot less features) – Martin Oct 17 '11 at 20:45
it would be helpful to edit the question and give more information about your goals and features you'd need or want. – Martin Oct 18 '11 at 10:22
Darth, welcome to the site. As written the question is a little open ended and is likely to provoke answers that are basically just a list of mind mapping software that people know about. Please try and edit your question to focus it: perhaps describe what you don't like about the software you've used to guide folks in making alternative recommendations, or ask how hack a tool or feature to do what you need, etc. We can open the question back up then. – Adam Wuerl Oct 20 '11 at 0:54

We're looking for long answers that provide some explanation and context. Don't just give a one-line answer: please explain why you're recommending it as a solution. Answers that don't explain anything will be deleted. See Good Subjective, Bad Subjective for more information.

I used a lot NoteMind. It's very intuive and powerful including notes directly from web, inside the software (a built-in browser) with a nice touch in F1. Im today in Linux, can't found a tool with a nice UI like NoteMind. Miss a lot. I'm sure you'll love it.
