Personal Productivity Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for people wanting to improve their personal productivity. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have developed my own template to use each day. It is personalized to account for routine tasks, emergent tasks, a to-do section for ASAP/tomorrow/this week/long term items, along with a section for tracking time, ranking priorities, testing information and other things. I like it, and it works well for me.

To make it easy to accept an answer, I would like to find a site that offers a wide variety of templates. I don't necessarily want to use them, but rather mine them for useful ideas to incorporate into my own.

Fair enough. I was thinking that there might be a collection of productivity focused templates out there... sort of like this but where some thought is given specifically to usability and usefulness for various roles. –  Dallas Feb 1 '12 at 5:34

You may want to check out d-i-y-planner.

Search terms to find a wealth of templates would include Hipster PDA and diyplanner.

David Seah have a whole bunch of templates or forms that you could print out and use. I found his compact calender quite useful.
