As worded this question is just a shopping list for software that has a similar feature set to something else. Questions like this have to solicit more constructive answers than people just responding with software they think is compatible. –  Adam Wuerl Mar 7 '12 at 1:20

copy paste into in terminal/cmd:

echo unplug/disconnect your internet while you want to stop wasting time

other alternatives: leech block, little snitch
