Mark Forster Superfocus task management and his previous systems does work for me. However, it was written for a pen/paper notebook implementation. I have problem implementing it on my Android mobile.
You should look for a list app that would allow you to create multiple lists so you can have each column in a different list, and to overcome the small screen size it should allow you to jump in term of pages. Where if task 1 - 8 are displayed, you can jump to task 9-10.
Even better would be software that shows these lists above each other so you don't have to switch.
If you don't have multiple lists, you could attempt to list the important tasks first and use a divider entry:
I doubt this technique would work well on a mobile device. Here is why I think that:
Entering the text takes too long. Text entry is slow, much slower than handwriting. That might change in the future, but keyboard entry is slow.
The screen is too small. The advantage of the page is that you can see the entire list without scrolling. Your eye can jump from top to bottom in no time at all. On most mobile devices you'd have to scroll up and down as well as sideways.
