Personal Productivity Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for people wanting to improve their personal productivity. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I came across the e-mail charter and really like the idea. Adopting it on an individual level is easier. What ideas are there for adopting it on a team/company level?

While this sounds like an interesting subject, this type of Q&A site works best when you ask very specific, answerable questions. As written, this question is more of a rallying cry and a conversation starter. This type of brainstorming activity works better in a traditional, threaded forum. It doesn't really work well for a Stack Exchange site. –  Robert Cartaino Jul 5 '11 at 1:51

Send an e-mail to everyone that's affected and ask them to consider implementing some of the suggestions.

Do your best to implement as many suggestion in the charter in your e-mail, of course.

I added it as the last line of my e-mail signature. I figure that way I provide a link to it as often as I need to.
