Windows Freeware/Shareware programs for tracking daily tasks?

Is there a simple tool to manage/track individual tasks with start/stop timer? i.e. when I start a task, I would click start and it would count how many sec/mins/hrs until I click stop. I have searched addons, extensions and regular apps for the PC but I can't seem to find a good one. A good example would be freshbooks' start/stop timer.

I know one. Try Active Spoon TodoList out. It's a freeware, by the way.
