Personal Productivity Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for people wanting to improve their personal productivity. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I've been starting to learn to speed read, and two very different softwares that teach differently. Which is more effective and easily used when putting these tactics offline? The flash reading (one word at a time flashed quickly), or the group reading (reading groups of words at one time, line by line). Thanks for the help.

As both tactics are appropriate in different ways for different individuals I have closed this as it is not constructive here. You will just get subjective discussion. Please read productivity.stackexchange.com/faq#dontask In my opinion, you should try both and see which works for you. I have tried out both and they both help. – Rory Alsop Sep 4 '12 at 21:58
