We have a couple of planning meetings a week that last about 4-5 hours, and would like to add a break every hour. Like option to add reminders, is there a way to add breaks in a meeting?
We are using Google Calendar.

What you could do is this. For a 5 hour meeting make 5 blocks of 1 hour each. Then have a reminder set 5 mins before the next block starts. So when you get this reminder, you have a break. So if you have set google calendar to remind you 5 mins before the next block starts, you stop the meeting as soon as you get the reminder and then have a 5 mins break. You then carry on in this fashion. You won't have the breaks "labelled" on your calendar but if it's small breaks it will only take up space, so I think it's better this way. Hope it helps |

Why do you need to schedule a break in Google Calendar? Why not just say, each hour, "Hey, let's take a break and reconvene at X:YY"? |
