I get annoyed most times when someone does something wrong, as result I can't work properly and it effects my productivity as IT professional. e.g. one of my work mate answers question to one of SO by looking at Bing most of day, which annoys me because of continuous typing noise and one person trying to answer things he never experienced or have knowledge about that particular topic however good at searching.
Now I tried to ignore things but it gets to my mind and as a result I get pissed off and not able to work most of day.
My question is how to ignore things that one doesn't like and concentrate on work.
