How can I deal with an annoying co-worker? I barely know him and he always guarding me always point out every thing I am doing... Sometimes I can't already do my job because of him.

If diplomatically asking your co-worker for some space isn't enough, talk to someone else at work who is either in a position of authority or more in touch with the interpersonal dynamics at work. – HedgeMage Jul 7 '11 at 5:02
