Does anybody know of a mechanism/tool/app/phone that allows me to see on my PC when my smartphone is ringing? I'm a programmer, and I wear headphones at work, so I don't hear it ringing. The visual noise of the phone lighting up is often ignored as I'm staring at the screen. Any ideas? |

Desk notifier should do the trick. Assuming you use android that is, we kind of need more information to help you here. Google is your friend though. |

I've found MightText great at notifying me of incoming calls. It also comes in handy at reading and replying to text messages without ever having to use my phone. Best of all, it's very easy to setup and works using the phone's data connection so I don't need to be connected to my local WiFi, use Bluetooth, etc. |
