Is there anything better than Basecamp?

Basecamp seems to have all the features I'm looking for in a project manager, but it requires a ton of tedious little interactions with its web GUI: uploading files, entering text, etc etc etc.

Is there an app with these features (either Mac or web-based) that is a little bit more "drag and drop", fluid, and fast?

You should try Trello (trello.com), it's THE BOMB!!! – avaturi Mar 20 at 18:36

are you using the new Basecamp? It does allow drag & drop functionality. One thing that you could try is Evernote. I am currently using both.

Basecamp - to store long term information (accounts information, group discussions) Evernote - Project Information, General notes (Store business card images, pictures/ideas for a project, etc)

Let me know if that helps.
