I am facing this issue with a colleague. In general, we get on well, but when it comes to technical discussions or about new technologies , he will try to prove himself superior and try to make me feel small.

In many of the cases our Boss has asked something and I would be the person best qualified to reply but he will do it more often than not.

I would like your thoughts on how to deal with these types of colleagues and situation?
