When i think of a solution to a problem ,, How do i know that I'm Listening to my heart, acting on intuition rather than being impulsive....? What is the difference between them?

Since the question is quite philosophical, then here is my philosophical answer (question you ask - answer you get)

My message is that actually there is no choice in this world, since all decisions are already made deep inside us. You just need to follow yourself.
P.S. Consider that someone offered you cup of tea. You already know that you either want to drink that tea or you don't. No choice - just your true desire.
