I know a lot of people use this service for time tracking but you always have to go to the website first and click Timer button. Is there a chrome extension or a bookmarklet to open Paymo timer?

There is a bookmarklet called Paymo-timer

Just drag it to your bookmarks bar and you can use it to launch the timer directly.

In case you want to create it manually, here's the code:

javascript:(function start_client(){'','client','height=490,width=340,status=no,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes');if(!newwnd){alert('Turn off popup blocker to access this feature')}return false})();

I'm planning to make a Chrome extension for it as well.
