I have been doing yoga for a long time every morning. But there is a problem with my thoughts while i am doing yoga.

These thoughts distract me and breaks continuation. After few minutes i have to remind myself that i have to do my yoga. These thoughts distract me at regular intervals.

Due to this it takes a lot of time to finish with my Yoga and that's not productive at all.

Don't try to stop the thoughts. Instead let them flow in and out of your mind. Acknowledge they exist, but don't give them focus. You can't control if they show up or not, but you can choose to focus on them or not. If you choose not to focus on those thoughts you'll soon find that they go away on their own.

That exactly answers the question. I know it from experience.. – user1539 Jul 4 '13 at 6:45
Exactly the same applies while meditating, just keep bringing your attention back to Yoga and in time, the thoughts will fade to the background. – Rob Tillie Jan 5 '15 at 19:02
