I just have to ask due to morbid curiosity. How can someone manage to make an app and not have online means of payment? I mean you can buy gift card visa from your bank and load it with 25$ to pay for google play license. And my suggestion if you really do not want to do that is find someone who has it, and give them the app. –  Quillion Mar 19 at 17:49

There is no way to put an app onto Google Play for free, but you could host the .apk file yourself on a site like Mediafire or Mega and send users links to download it. They will have to enable non-store app installs in this case though.

Go to bank. Ask for a gift card credit card thing. Buy the gift card credit card for 3.48$ (usual price). Load 25$ onto it. Go buy that google play license. No payment will be traced back to you ever. No need to expose your identity.

dont think ppl are always like you..or some other else ...hey what do you know about my limitation on payment ...you could suggest me one of the markets other than google play ... –  danielad Mar 20 at 6:01

@danielad I am very sorry I meant no offense whatsoever. Before posting, I looked at your profile (since I was going to offer you 25$ myself), and you do seem to have online presence, and it even seems like means to pay the 25$. Additionally there is no other market you can put your app on that will benefit you. Sorry once again, I meant no offense whatsoever and didn't mean to insult you. Lesson learned. –  Quillion Mar 20 at 11:52
