Basically, you put in place a reward points system and award yourself points for doing a chore, then you can expend those points on something pleasant for you. It doesn't have to be fun to be fun! If I remember the words of my mum correctly: I don't like chores, but it just has to be done. Think of chores as a neccessary part of your job.
