Even screenreaders like Jaws (which provide many shortcuts) require clicking a lot of keys. That has the disadvantage of being for the blind/vision impaired though and they can't visual know where to jump. Also, tab doesn't use an unpredictable order. It uses the same order each time; just not one you may like.
