comment How to stop watching movies?
it is a serious global problem. apart from here you will find lot of advice on other sites as well but at the end it will only come to how you do it.

comment What's the most effective physical exercise routine to boost productivity?
very good question but i think that it's very broad with not a particular answer. , but i think that it depend on person to person. heavy weightlifting is definitely not for me but if you want a very general answer i can safely say running is the best exercise for everyone to boost productivity as it increase your blood circulation thus your productivity. i would really love to hear other opinion on this

comment Motivating self to study subjects not related to work
good answer. just a quick curiosity question do you want to be recognized as a great piano player(maybe in your subconscious) ?. or are you doing it just for your love of pianos. recognition is secondary to you?.
