What does Inbox Zero really mean? @Gruber: That would depend entirely on your needs. In general, I would advocate deleting emails unless there is a genuine need to archive them. If you do have that need, however, an "archive" folder has its place. |

You'll never complete even one unless you have time. So, you're going to have to cut back - either to fewer projects or to smaller projects - if you have any chance of success. |
