Thank you very much! I had rephrased and removed that part -- you're right, it was misleading.

comment Learning to be organized — how?
Hi, the point of the actual activity that we do is really not relevant. We're not talking about development but about transitioning from a personality of "living the moment" to a personality of planning ahead, working in a process and structuring the work that you do. My question is not how to achieve a good product as a result of your work, but how work properly, regardless of your activity.

Woah, I had no idea about Clean Coder, I believe I may run for it myself. Great recommendations, thanks!

While I agree on the proposed solution, I believe the spirit on the question was to include stuff which you really can't control. Maybe you had a dog barking and could not get to sleep fine? Maybe firefighters arrived next door but you still have your deadline?

comment Which is a minimal and effective way to prioritise tasks with projects/tags?
Thanks a lot. Sorry I'm being so incisive on questions, but I really liked the simplicity of this approach and I am considering on adopting it myself. Thanks again!

@dwwilson66 Thanks! One more question! How do you prevent yourself from moving tasks outside of the dealine they should have? (E.g., you may have yourself booked one month in advanced, something comes up -- how do you decide what cannot be moved, or if it can, how far away?)

Great approach! How do you deal with tasks that you just don't know how much they'll take until you actually dedicate time to do some analysis on them?
