comment Which is a minimal and effective way to prioritise tasks with projects/tags?
Thanks a lot. Sorry I'm being so incisive on questions, but I really liked the simplicity of this approach and I am considering on adopting it myself. Thanks again!

@dwwilson66 Thanks! One more question! How do you prevent yourself from moving tasks outside of the dealine they should have? (E.g., you may have yourself booked one month in advanced, something comes up -- how do you decide what cannot be moved, or if it can, how far away?)

Great approach! How do you deal with tasks that you just don't know how much they'll take until you actually dedicate time to do some analysis on them?

comment Separate personal life from work: deal with distracting emotions
I agree with this answer. In my personal experience, the only way to get an emotion out of the way is to solve the issue that causes it. And if it cannot be solved, then accept that there's nothing for you to do about it. For a while I've searched for ways to avoid these, but in the long term I've found that if there's something distracting you, it's better to deal with it than avoiding it.

Is it good idea to take work breaks in order to do exercises? While it is indeed a good use of time, maybe it's not a proper distraction of work when the OP has a problem finding exercises to be compelling. It would feel more like switching between two different sets of work, wouldn't it?
