How to plan a month of work in advance I would like to work in three/four projects per day, apart from the daily unavoidable tasks (email, meetings, phone). I can not foresee all the emergencies. My current workday comprises 9 hours, if something unexpected happens I would work one or two hours more, but that is all. |

At what point do you start saying “No”, to new tasks and how do you deal with it? yes, I think this a problem common to all of us |

How to plan a month of work in advance the problem is, for me, to have the feeling that I am doing the right things at the moment (the most urgent and the most important, for instance, according to Eisenhower). My problem is that if I plan my day everyday in the morning, I lose the big picture |

How to plan a month of work in advance the thing is, I have the feeling, if I do not see deadlines for everything and have a kind of "free" schedule like yours, I will forget that this and that needs to be done and I lose finally the feeling of progress |

Is there software that implements Mark Forster's SuperFocus? I do not get the main idea of this method; when you say "keep circulating round the first page, working on the tasks until you have worked on as many as you want to", when you refer to "working", how do you decide the time you allocate for each task? you work 10 minutes on each or what? and, how much time you expect to employ for the whole list if it contains 100 items? one day? one week? |

Do gaming peripherals (mice & keyboards) increase productivity of general computer tasks? @Wessel: or, since your post dates from 2009, I am sure there are better mice in the market (also compatible with OS X Lion), could you recommend any? |

Be able to focus and read books when your partner watches TV yes, we have already talked about that, and sometimes she does not watch TV or lowers the volume. Here I just consider the cases when she is watching TV |
