comment Why am I not making money and success even If I am organised, motivated and hard-working?
exactly, that is (unfortunately) the point; or call it "natural selection" (Darwin)

you have everything but lack just one thing; the "asshole" character

I had a look at Moom. I already use Divy, which I find very useful!

If you get a magic trackpad and the application magicprefs, you will never go back

ok! and what happens if before the weekly review you do let's say all the "next actions"? you stop and try to guess what the new ones are?

comment What can I do to be more productive when working with several applications at the same time on Mac OS X?
that is all great. the only problem i see is, I have some application which has windows in different spaces. when I am in one space and do "show all windows of this application", the windows that are shown are the ones from all spaces and not from just this space, can this be solved?

comment How to plan a month of work in advance
I would like to work in three/four projects per day, apart from the daily unavoidable tasks (email, meetings, phone). I can not foresee all the emergencies. My current workday comprises 9 hours, if something unexpected happens I would work one or two hours more, but that is all.

yes, I think this a problem common to all of us

comment How to plan a month of work in advance
the problem is, for me, to have the feeling that I am doing the right things at the moment (the most urgent and the most important, for instance, according to Eisenhower). My problem is that if I plan my day everyday in the morning, I lose the big picture

the thing is, I have the feeling, if I do not see deadlines for everything and have a kind of "free" schedule like yours, I will forget that this and that needs to be done and I lose finally the feeling of progress

comment Is there software that implements Mark Forster's SuperFocus?
I do not get the main idea of this method; when you say "keep circulating round the first page, working on the tasks until you have worked on as many as you want to", when you refer to "working", how do you decide the time you allocate for each task? you work 10 minutes on each or what? and, how much time you expect to employ for the whole list if it contains 100 items? one day? one week?

@Wessel: or, since your post dates from 2009, I am sure there are better mice in the market (also compatible with OS X Lion), could you recommend any?
