How to fight over-excitement? Thanks, it was very helpful. Better focus control would help me not to drift away in the first place. I think I can improve my focus control a lot. CBT and EI are quite broad topics but interesting, I will investigate them someday. If I'll get over-excited I think I will try to focus on calmness. |
