I am a project manager at illuminea, a Jerusalem-based web marketing company. I work closely with clients, plan websites, etc. I also am involved with business development.
Among other things, I am also a musician (I play the piano) and a writer (I write personal blogs).
I live in the beautiful and interesting city of Jerusalem.

Do's and Don'ts in 5 min Break I like your option the most because everyone seems to keep mentioning coffee or food. Sounds like one could actually gain weight or drink too much coffee that way! |

How do you turn off your GTD mentality when you need a break It takes a lot of practice until one can efficiently use this technique. I haven't figured it out for myself yet, though I'm trying. |

How do you turn off your GTD mentality when you need a break I can totally see how group activity could be a great solution... Except that so many of us are so addicted to our cell phones that many times we are in groups but looking at/talking on the damn things. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? I agree that it must be a long-term goal, getting rid of my fears. I agree 100%. I am trying! Thanks for your comment. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? Thanks for your comment. Really letting yourself feel the fear also helps you understand really what you're feeling and, most importantly, WHY. That could be very productive, IMHO. Thanks! |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? and I am familiar with the idea from Judaism. :) I just often have a hard time believing it for an extended period of time. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? HLGEM, your answer could potential instil more fear in me instead of the opposite. :) Intellectually I know how important timeliness is in PM (and in dating - to the same extent or more). It is my emotions that make me hesitate. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? Thanks for your comment. I think you're right. One of the things I do is get upset about the fear but, although once in a while that's a good idea because then maybe I'll work on being less scared (not sure how but whatever), most of the time the best strategy is to face facts that it's there and do whatever I can to get through it. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? Eugene, amusing article... There is something calming about being able to believe that not everything is in your hands. |

Are there techniques to stop fearing confrontation so intensely? Thanks for the advice. But I have to say that although my fear sometimes comes from a lack of experience, it often comes from fear of how it might turn out. Because even if I've had hundreds of similar experiences already, no two situations are the same and all that unknown is daunting to me. |
