I added a paragraph on my answer counterpointing this with my opinion.

comment Advantages of a fountain pen for scribbling productivity
I like the idea of storing nib up, thanks for the brand suggestion.

comment Why am I wired to be motivated to go to work everyday and not motivated to do other things?
I'm afraid it's mostly an internal theory! I'd love to see some external validation of it though, if you know what I mean.

comment How to stop talking LOUDLY to myself?
I don't have an answer but I clicked through this question to say something similar--do try to lessen the impact of public embarrassment, but do so knowing that it's not your fault, it's society's for looking down on eccentric people, when those are the ones who make me proud to be a part of mankind.

comment What is the most radical productivity technique that you successfully use?
During my segmented sleep breaks, I never turn on any more lights in my home office than my desk lamp, but it's bright blue. I use f.lux on the laptop so it offsets it a bit, but getting a pink bulb (orange could also work?) for my desk lamp sounds like a nice experiment, since the only time I turn it on is when I'm in that night mood. Great idea!

comment How to make morning physical exercises more fun?
In my experience at least, it's the best kind of break possible. I find that when I'm tiring my body (exercising), I'm refreshing my mind. And whatever your mood while working, after you give your heart rate a push you come back to work with full attention. It speaks to our hunter primate. I've had my best ideas while working out, so it's potentially great to cook on any problems you might be trying to find a solution for. On top of it, it's been found that coffee improves exercise performance, so it fits right into the work schedule.

Is there anything else you wish to know?
