comment How to learn a lot of foreign language vocabulary rapidly?
TV shows seem great for solidifying words I already know, but not useful for learning new words, as it is very rare that I can guess words from the context of the story.

comment How to identify the ideal time to go to sleep and wake up?
I don't know if the answer is "one-best-time-fits-all" or "one-best-time-fits-each-person". If it is the former, than the answer can state the ideal times. If it is the later, than the answer can state some method for determining this ideal time. I fail to see where any opinions fit into this nor do I see any problem with the second questions being incompatible with either the former or latter case.

Emphasized 'method' because the advice 'do this do that' re actual times already starts ;-)

If that is the case, is there a method a person could use to measure which is the ideal time?

It is on the right track, but the linked article gives a huge range of ideal time, whereas, I'm trying to find if there is a more exact ideal time. For example, is 7:30 pm more ideal than 8:30 pm, etc.

You did not list any examples of which applications to disallow during that 25 minute time period. So, I've used LibreOffice as an example.

No, this does not run LibreOffice. It should hide the application LibreOffice.

The subject is biology. It mixes descriptions of historical discoveries, past experiments, and descriptions of what different things do. I only have these resources: (1) the giant textbook and (2) the first test I took (but those questions won't appear on the second test, which was about a different part of the book).
