What is the best way to approach large tasks, such as reading scientific papers, that require intense focus? I also take notes summarizing paragraphs, sections etc. when I read scientific papers. It helps me stay focused, and it helps me remember details of the paper much longer. |

Because the busy-ness of that life allows you avoid the other parts of life, because it's what you think you 'have' to do, because you're afraid of letting somebody else down, there are several reasons why people will work under the conditions you mention. |
