comment How does one handle it when he/she is the center of blame always?
This doesn't look like a productivity question to me, within the scope of productivity.stackexchange.com/help/on-topic. There may be one or more productivity questions embedded, but this question needs to be edited (and perhaps split into multiple questions) to bring them out. As-is, I think this is off topic.

comment Mail: Read = done, or should you archive to achieve 'inbox zero'?
On a day when I'm working my process well, I only look at email during scheduled email time. I turned off all "you have mail" alerts years ago, they're a huge time wasting distraction. So I don't know about "how do I.." etc. quick questions. My team knows email will get answered in a few hours, if they have something that needs an answer faster than that they will IM, phone, or walk in. My family knows I don't do personal email during work hours, if there's something urgent they will phone. When I really need to focus on a task, I will shut email off entirely until a scheduled time.

revised How to coordinate digital calendars?
Fairly major restructure to try to bring the question into productivity rather than software recommendation, and still retaining much of the original text.

comment Timebox scheduling in GTD
I'm not clear on what the question is. Whether or how to schedule your work in a GTD workflow? Should you schedule your work? How to use GTD to keep up with tasks? Can you edit and ask a question? I have practices I use on calendaring actions in my GTD system but I can't tell if that's what you're asking for.
