comment Best practice: replying an email, keep or quote?
but you don't know if the secretary is also removing the original message in the mailbox... the only good reason for doing that would just be extreme lack of space (clutter in the mailbox is not a reason anymore since the threaded view). I think that's why we are all focusing on the mail space

comment Solution for reading heavy books while on a treadmill (bookholder)?
Check every treadmill available at the gym, some models already have a book holder. In general I suggest to have the book fixed and not moving, it's much easier to follow.

comment Why am I not making money and success even If I am organised, motivated and hard-working?
Have you acquired a good personal network? Does economy in the place where you stay allow to get the success you are aiming to? Are you sure to know which kind of success you are aiming to? (I don't mean to be harsh, it's just a reflection about "external" factors)

comment How can I tell when my body is ready to sleep?
Sorry for stating the obvious, but, first of all, if you think that caffeine has a strong and prolonged effect on you, why you are not limiting the consumption? Otherwise the usual advice is going to bed at the same time, do some physical exercise during the day, turn off the computer 1 h before going to bed...

comment Hating sleep at night because of inadequate feeling of no achievement during the day
I like the answer, but personally I see sleeping aids as a last resort. I would advice to focus more on physical exercise. Moreover, the OP can consider the physical exercise the "alternative" achievement of the day!

comment Why do I feel tired easily even when I have had enough sleep?
My question was more about stress from your daily activities... For example, if there are issues at your work, sometimes you don't feel motivated to wake up in the morning, you are bored in the day, and feel sleepy in the evening (because, after all, you've been doing something with bad mood all the day). Of course I don't know your personal history, my suggestion may be completely unrelated to your situation!

I used to suffer from this when I was at my old job... then I changed and it's going much better! Have you considered if your problem is the day, rather than the night?

comment How to get motivation to do important things in the morning?
On the same line, I suggest you a browser extension which delays the loading of those websites (such as chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/counter/… on chrome or taylor.fausak.me/2012/09/04/delay-safari-extension on safari).

comment Separate personal life from work: deal with distracting emotions
I'll check again the answers...I found very difficult to sincerely accept a single one, since for the same question there are multiple suggestion I appreciate but never the "resolutive" answer ( since my questions are very subjective).usually I vote up the answers I like more

Nice answer, I find the distinction between internal and external drive interesting... do you also have "external" :) references?

comment How to deal with dreaded tasks?
So the final advice is "..next time I write a to-do list, I’m going to take a moment to see how I feel about each task, rather than a purely logic-based, practical appraisal of what needs to be done." I am not sure if awareness is enough (I'll try), but it describes exactly what I mean by "dreaded tasks"

comment Send it to my Ereader
I agree than this implies some workaround, since it's not a builtin function.however, if you have a sony and don't want to buy also a kindle, you can root it and install android apps, like dropbox(no need to access it through the browser) or instafetch. I am not sure for Nook, but a quick google search suggests you can root it as well

comment Getting productive without logging and tracking?
Thank you for the ZTD tip, I like the "reduce your goals & tasks to essentials" part... I'll put some effort, to see if it's only a problem of changing the habits necessary for GTD
