How to handle short-term high workload? I think you'll get a much better response if you pick which of the three questions you are asking - there are great answers for all three of them, but that's not quite how stack-exchange works... |

Logging device Arduino is certainly coming up as a way to go (because it's also a nice weekend project to get into. SmartPhone is a few too many button presses for me (out of pocket, unlock, open app, press, close, back in pocket) |

How can I manage a pipeline of content creation? Whoops - I actually thought I'd removed that paragraph - I decided the other thing wasn't that relevant to the question - fixed now :) |

Are there alternatives to the GTD system? While this link may answer the question, it is better to include the essential parts of the answer here and provide the link for reference. Link-only answers can become invalid if the linked page changes. |

Where do I leave 'keep in mind' things? Thank you - although I should mention that I also use google calendar - there are a few places you can hide instructions in the interface (like the tasks panel) - glad to help ;) |

Is there a time tracking application for Mac OS X and iOS that can sync with each other easily and does not require an Internet connection? I might suggest trying this over at the apple stack-exchange... I'd certainly be interested in the answers either way... |

Equipment for computer-printing, into a notebook No other reason than I happen to prefer bound books... as it happens I used to reuse papers that had been only printed on one side, and bind them into notepads - that worked reasonably but I've grown to really like the bound type of notebook... |

Equipment for computer-printing, into a notebook I like it though - it's got a certain something - and I'm all in favour of thinking outside the box +1 but it's just not quite answering in the direction I was hoping for… :( |
