God forbid you have friends - stop playing the victim and get out of the mindset that anyone owes you anything

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it's not at all on topic here

comment Parkinson's law and deadlines: how do they work?
Just to be clear, you're asking this question in terms of you having a task and you not completing it within a timeframe that you feel is acceptable? Not you have lots of to and more people keep putting more on you?

comment How to stop my craving for attention?
@Mk43v3r by your question I get the feeling you are not yet in university - are you under the age in which you are considered an "adult" in your country?

comment What is the Shortest Time Unit of a Goal?
At what level do you feel you've accomplished a goal? Say I can't swim - my goal is to tread water for 30 seconds, seems like a good goal to me.

Additionally to topic-specific insights, are you also focused on insights regarding topic relationships as the course progresses?

comment 15 Minutes With Success - What are your three questions?
I downvoted, not because this is uninteresting, but because it (IMO) doesn't fit in the Q&A format and it doesn't add any concrete value to this site.

comment Should I workout in the morning in order to stay productive & focused on my work for the rest of the day?
This is a pretty thorough answer that addresses the root of the question. Good answer! +1 Note I think the image you provided is (allegedly) the routine of Benjamin Franklin

comment Should I use one project with many releases, or multiple projects to track team initiatives?
@appsecguy if you're weary of cloud-based system, just use (as you suggested) a KANBAN board up in the office. You can also make some Gantt Charts for each board.

You can delete an email if you've pulled all the actions out of it and there's no reference material in it

comment Understanding GTD and email filing
Setting a followup is advised against because it doesn't have an action - "get x report to y" or "follow up with bob about z".

comment Numbering scheme for prioritizing tasks based on categories
You have an activity. You rank this activity in 3 categories - cat1, cat2, cat3. You decide cat2 is the most important and cat1 is the least. So the value for activity 1 is ((cat1 * .05)+(cat2 * 1.5)+(cat3).

comment Numbering scheme for prioritizing tasks based on categories
You basically want to pick a letter, have its weight be (say) 1.5 the 2nd letter and the 3rd letter be .5 the 2nd letter. Then grab the values, multiply them by their factors and come up with a sum total for each activity?
