How to incorporate the processing diagram of GTD on paper? Oh :) In that case you can check online tools like toodledo.com or try any of the windows GTD apps : priacta.com/Articles/Comparison_of_GTD_Software.php. Using the diary to note tasks gets very tedious very quickly and installing an app on the mobile or a desktop app will help you in noting the tasks and following the GTD flow. |

How to incorporate the processing diagram of GTD on paper? Why not take a printout of this and just pin it up near your work area? |

Losing Motivation during project Can you shed some more light on the part where you say "I start the project on my own". Assuming you are employed, don't you have projects assigned to you? Do you have a freehand in getting tasks/projects? |

Does fluctuating sleep habits decrease productivity? Here is the link which lists the side effects of sleep deprivation. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_deprivation. My answer wrongly suggests that sleeping less than a particular number of hours (8 in this case), will cause ADD. |

Fixing 'reverse-tiredness'? Why not take a few days break from work? On the break, get your sleep pattern under control and then resume work. |

Gathering tasks all the time? I think the notebook is something my wife and me can share at home. Am also setting up an app on my device to note things on the move. |

I am very distracted by noise, are there good headphones that can help with this? Already a similar question has been asked. Please check the same thread - productivity.stackexchange.com/questions/3110/… |

How to become a fast learner? Are you doing you graduation? You had mentioned in another thread about your job training program. It does not invalidate your current question, but it will be better to know if you are studying or if you are working. |

How to manage long term projects? Persistence is more about making progress in small steps. Sticking to the plan and making sure that you make progress, even if its just o.5% progress, is the core thing. If you are getting distracted as you don't make that 5% progress, just reconfigure your expectations and make used to feed on those small portions. |

Yes, looks like am working too much or rather get all worked up by the tasks ,ending up doing nothing. Thanks for holding the mirror to me. How to avoid falling out of the pre-set productive routine and to get back into in asap? Thanks for the answer, but it kind of answers just half of my question. Any more suggestions on getting back? |

How to effectively utilize many small chunks of time in a day? Well am currently using the chunks to read twitter and reddit :). But I think I can read a book as well. I think simple non-technical books would fit the bill.Reading ebooks in the other screen can be a good use of the time. |
