comment How to avoid falling out of the pre-set productive routine and to get back into in asap?
Try to snap out of your self-defeating behavior and do something positive. Just think about this -> If people would only work on days were they felt their best, they wouldn't do much work. Forgive yourself, don't be harsch, you're only perfectly human, then get on with your work.

comment How to plan a month of work in advance
How detailed can you plan your day? Do you know exactly how long a task will take you? Can you forsee emergencies? Will you be sick? How many hours are you prepared to work to fix your schedule if the unexpected happens?

comment Do gaming peripherals (mice & keyboards) increase productivity of general computer tasks?
Thx, I understand your question now. I would go for Autohotkey. Since it's free, and does the same thing. Your keyboard allready comes with a lot of keys, so why should your mouse have them too :)

I would learn to use hotkeys first. One hand on the mouse, one on the keyboard. Better tools wil not help if you can't work with the simple tools.
