comment What do you do while eating?
I have to be careful not to spill food on my Kindle. I never eat a meal without it when I am by myself.

comment How do I clear my mind before going to sleep?
I use very soft very slow music at a very low volume. And never ever using earphones, you must use speakers.

comment How to reach your potential
@JuhaUntinen, few people are motivated all the time. Persistence gets far more work accomplished over time. ANd persistence doesn;t rule out having motivated days when you get more work done, they are not mutually exclusive. It is short-sighted to think you need to be motivated to work.

comment The rules or training: how to behave in open space?
Personally I find it is better to learn to ignore noise. I worked in an open space office with 20 people and phones ringing and radio blaring country music and constant conversations and you just learn to tune it out.

comment Is there a positive correlation between coming to work early and productivity?
Frankly if you are coming to work late and leaving early, you aren't working the hours you should be (and that you are being paid to work) and of course you are less productive. I'll bet the early attendees are simply working more hours.

comment How do you go about preparing for your talk?
Yep this is pretty much me too. The only thing I would add is know your topic at an expert level and know far more than you plan to speak on. This might involve a good bit of research if you are not already an expert on the topic. This will give you confidence and allow you to handle questions.

Paper works for me. Has worked for thousands of years. That's pretty well proven. The cloud is clearly not working for you.

comment What email folders do I need?
That is unrealistic in many jobs. I can't tell you how often I have needed emails from the past and often I can't tell in advance which ones I will need.

comment How to spend less time in compositions correction?
I was pointing this out because you asked for her with no indication that she had a problem. The succcess rate of helping someone who doesn't feel she needs help tends to low. As someone from a whole family of teachers, I know that most of them work 20 or more hours outside every week prepping for class and grading papers; it comes with the territory. The amount of time you posit is not unreasonable or even excessive. Bad teachers just mark with no extra comments. Good ones take the extra time to comment.
