How to cure my grave fear for examinations? (1) Sometimes world may come to an end. For example, if I fail in the coming exam, I lose my job. Then, I will not find any other job as my age is already over. And, I can not achieve anything avoiding the exam. Moreover, I came from a poor family. (2) I am not ready to think of others at all, my life is my life. Nobody will come to help if I fall into any trouble. (3) Group study is a waste of time. The most likely outcome is gossiping. |
