Great answer, I think I'll try using color coding. Though I can't really see its value in Google Calendar (which has colors on calendars), I think it'll work better with post-it notes. Thanks

@Hauser you can use a wiki like DokuWiki - its "pages" are simple text files and you still get linking, images uploading and stuff like that. I've used for a long time and no worries, works great (YMMV, of course).
