comment How to cure my grave fear for examinations?
Sorry to hear it but I don't get it. You passed your bank job interview and exam way back and that proved that you could deal with exam. If you need clearer tactics you'll need to let us know what the exam formats are (there may be tips and tricks from the users here.) If it's an official professional qualifying exam, tell us what it is because other users who had done the exam may be able to share their experience. Lastly, if you are operating in a life that one failed exam will completely ruin it, you need more formal help from a life coach, a career adviser, and/or a psychologist.

comment Recommendation for Portable Stand-up height desk?
If you have access to at least a desk, it'd be easier to look for "lap desks." Some of them can be as tall as 12-14" which is comfortable enough for an augmented standing desk. If you don't have a desk at all, then try Google "portable podium" or "portable lectern." You may find some good options.

comment How to stop obsessing over my to-do list?
I wish this question can stay. Yes, it is not about increasing productivity but it lays out some key issues beyond when productive goals are achieved. Many advices provided in the answers are applicable to people struggling with productivity. Especially on balancing with relationship in the earlier stage.

comment fasting and low-calory diet good for the brain?
@w00t Not exactly cited as ketoacidosis but as "coma" on page 37 table 3. I believe your >48 hr recommendation hits the nail at the head: it depends on how we define "fasting." If it's the therapeutic sort in terms of a couple days, I agree that one shouldn't fall into a coma; if it's the famine-like fasting, then physiologically ketoacidosis will happen. I revised the text to further distinguish it. Thanks!
