What Revision Control Programs / Methods Do You Use When Writing? @JFW: Your question is very broad and open-ended, so users can only start reciting random programs without any indication of what would actually solve your problem. These sites work better when you ask very specific questions. What problem are you trying to solve? What have you tried? I'm sorry, but I have to close this as an overly vague poll of the users and not a good fit for this type of Q&A. |

How to keep salesmen busy? @Renan: You're question is really a business management concern and not an issue of "personal productivity." I have to close this as off topic for this site. |

What is recommended reading if I'm interested in increasing my productivity? @Richard Clunan: This entire site is about "Personal Productivity" covering a large range of concerns. Your question is very broad and open-ended, so users are just reciting random, popular books and techniques without any indication of what problem you are actually trying to solve. These sites work better when you ask very specific questions about problems you encounter in your day to day work. What problem are you trying to solve? What problems have you encountered? I'm sorry, but I have to close this as overly vague and incomplete. |

Can sombody suggest me a simple planning software ? @Vinod You're question is very broad and open-ended. As such, users can only guess what applications and technique might be able to help you. These sites work better when you ask very specific questions about problems you encounter in your day to day "Personal Productivity." What problem are you trying to solve? What problems have you encountered? I have to close this as being too vague and incomplete. |

Which one to use - Evernote or One Note This is a very broad, open-ended question. You're looking for a software recommendation without providing any criteria of what you are looking for or what problem you are trying to solve. Stack Exchange sites work better when you ask specific questions about problems you encounter in your day to day activities. I have to close this, but if you have specific questions about either of these applications, feel free to try again. |

How much time/effort has to be invested before noticing results? This type of Q&A site only works well when you ask really specific questions about problems you run into day to day. Asking "how much time to get organized" is a very vague, broad question. Without any specifics (knowing which system you are using, what problems you are trying to solve, what problems you are encountering, etc), users can only guess how they can help you. |
