How can I Improve my listening skills? The question does not make clear where the problem in listening is. Is it that you drift off while trying to listen, that you have trouble with the language (structure/vocabulary), or with identifying sounds in the language? Please try to be more precise here. |

How to define GTD contexts at work? I used the term to refer to a context that is not defined by the tools at hand, but by what you're doing. The activity you're doing puts you in a certain mindset. Switching to an activity that has the same mindset has no mental switching cost, e.g you've just worked on a new website design - updating an old website is in the same mindset, and easy to do. The further away from this activity the new activity is, the higher the mental switching cost, e.g. you go from the website design to calling a customer about some payment problem with a 6-month-old project. |

Does it help to have dedicated computer workstations for dedicated types of work? Since "the browser" is a dual-use application, why not have two browsers - one for work and one for private browsing? E.g. Firefox and Chrome can easily run side by side. |
