How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? Yes it is likely. How do you explain my sudden raise in grades (from D to B/A) after starting to regularly use caffeine prior to studying? I could "face, accept, understand" as much as I wanted; my body refused to do mental work. It was a physically based problem; not a mental one. |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? Ok, few more things. For example; if I drink one cup at 5PM; but I get sleepy at 9PM, do you think I should wait 8 hours (until 1AM) before going to sleep? Do you think it's better to go to sleep once your body is detoxed from coffee or is it better to go to sleep when you get sleepy? |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? I'm also interested whether you know anything about the difference between caffeine effects when it's drank cooled vs warm? I kind of get a different buzz from a hot coffee then from a cooled one. |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? In highschool I didn't use coffee and I almost failed a whole year because of that. I was also very stagnant / unable to finish fundamental tasks. So I doubt things would get better if I quit it. |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? Except a time limit do you also set a quantity limit? Like 4 or 5 per day. Also does this work for you? You wake up feeling good every day by following these rules? |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? I don't have a constant source of income which I could use to change my diet. I'm guessing it's either diet or my genetic composition that makes me unable to work without caffeine. |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? Are you speaking from experience? Have you had the same problems before? |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? I have a dynamic wake time so 3PM doesn't mean much to me. How much hours after waking up do you allow yourself to drink coffee? |

How to make myself do homework? "Serious" is considered when it impairs your daily life to the extent in which you can't normally function. |

How to make myself do homework? If you have a serious form of AD/HD, I think it might be the solution for your problem, because your problem is of physical nature, not mental. You can't fix your issue by "thinking differently" as people here have suggested. |

How to study long hours without being burnt out or getting bored? This is a myth. Exercise promotes alertness and gives energy - it doesn't take it away (unless of course taken into extremes, but I'm guessing you won't do that). |

Mobile java application for Pomodoro Besides, even if I get into a real flow I don't stop after 25 minutes. I finish my flow. I use pomodoro's when I'm unable to get into a deep flow. |

Mobile java application for Pomodoro I don't know why I got a downvote. I personally never needed an app to implement pomodoro's because I have an internal clock which tells me about how much time has passed - even when I'm in flow. |
