comment How to concentrate on only one thing?
@ZagorulkinDmitry you'd be surprised how little you actually need the Internet while working. People tell me that all the time when I suggest that.

Turn off the Internet. Turn off your phone. Turn off the MP3 player. etc. You'd be surprised what you can do when distractions are a few more steps away.

comment Becoming efficient and thus reducing how much we work & stress?
ABSOLUTELY. I am focused on productivity for work types of things because I want to be able to do things I want to do more often, things like hanging out with friends, reading, playing piano, etc. The better I am at managing the "must dos" the more I can spend on the "want to dos."

comment How do you manage stress and anxiety when you have dozens of things to do, even If they are organised in detail?
Doing lots of things only matters if you do things which matter.

comment How to stop myself from forgetting keys, helmet, mobile phone at shops and office?
I have a "wallet, phone, keys" check I do frequently. Whenever I wonder if I have one of them, I do essentially the same action (pat pockets in right order) to make sure I have them :)

comment Will my workplace benefit from a stack exchange clone on the intranet?
The size (and types of problems which would be posted) of your company makes a huge difference on the feasibility of this idea. If you have 6 employees, probably not so helpful. If you have 50000 that all would encounter similar ideas? Perhaps quite helpful.

comment Doing a lot of things in one day— good or bad?
That isn't multitasking. Multitasking is posting on Stack Exchange while also working on a report and having an IM conversation.

comment How can I make my evening work time more productive?
Also keep in mind this can vary based on person - I tend to find the 3-5pm hour to be my most productive time whereas 12-3 is awfully hard.

comment Is there a system/method incorporating bookmarks, citations/references, and a document editor (e.g., Google Docs/Drive) with a revision history?
This might be complete overkill for you, but I use LaTeX with a git repository - this serves this purpose perfectly (as well as keeping backups nicely off my machine). I mainly like how ridiculously easy citations are with LaTeX - I use Mendeley - and how nicely formatted the resulting PDFs are. Unfortunately not the best with Word documents...
