Is It Worth The Time? I honestly had a hard time deciphering that chart, but I did think it raised an interesting point. |

How to cancel out caffeine's effects on sleep? Valerian root is very powerful. It definitely works as advertised, I might advise thought that it can be habit forming, you're not supposed to use it for more than a week straight. I might try other types of sleepy tea, or even melatonin (not tea). With any of these though, be cautious of building up a dependence as you have on caffeine. Changing your caffeine consumption pattern as suggested by Michael Durrant is the safest way to go. |

How do you remember to sit up straight? There is a lot of research coming out currently about the health problems resulting from too much sitting. I would try to minimize the time you spend sitting, maybe get a standing desk or something. It's a lot easier to remember to stand up straight than it is to sit up straight in my experience. |

Trying to achieve inbox zero in Gmail Marking something as read doesn't get it out of the inbox but yes, if it is read I won't be as concerned about it. |

Trying to achieve inbox zero in Gmail This is the type of stuff I was looking for. Ideally it would be free, which it looks like awayfind.com isn't, but I haven't looked through it extensively. Either way though, these are all great finds. |

Trying to achieve inbox zero in Gmail Filters are definitely on my list of things to do, I'm just looking for a way to know what to filter basically. Knowing who I receive email from the most lets me know who I either need to unsubscribe from or setup a filter for. |

How to spend less time cooking? This is something I hadn't previously heard about. I've been meaning to do "once a week" cooking where I just make an insanely huge amount of something on the weekend to eat the rest of the week but this seems like a whole new level. I will be experimenting. |

How to stop stressing out that I'm forgetting something for no reason I've been using Doit.im for at least a few months. Other parts of my system aren't so set in stone, but the collect and process part for things that pop into my head pretty good. I'm currently trying to solidify how I'm keeping track of classwork, but it's the first week of the semester, so that's expected. |
