what do you do when you are stuck at programming and you don't have access to internet?
Taking a break for sleep/activity is the best way to get over mental blocks, especially if you are working late at night. There were so many times in college that I'd go to sleep, and the next day, all the problems I had the night before magically seemed to go away. Best to program with a fresh brain!
