lifehack.org/articles/featured/… argues that we need to adopt a productivity system created by experts, because our own systems tend to be built around our existing, often non-optimal habits. If Wax is right studying and adopting a well-respected systematic productivity system should make you more productive. So if you use the time spent on this site wisely, to get inspired to adopt a productivity system, you should be better off. But once you have your system in place, spending a lot of time here is not likely to benefit you

@user121196: The underlying assumption of the matrix is that you can work on all tasks no matter the time of day etc. If a task is temporarily blocked for some reason, you should select another task.
