comment How do you keep tasks tagged as “unimportant” from turning into mini-disasters a month later?
I think this is the heart of the problem though. If you are working in a team, even if it is just you and your boss, it is essential to be on the same page when it comes to urgency and importance. With the above method you have taken the first step in making this clear and visible to others providing them with the opportunity to discuss with you your (mistaken) priorities and persuade or instruct you to change them if necessary. Much better than "I'll do it later". IMHO.

comment Is there software to log tasks daily?
I think this is the best way. It combines focus on getting tasks done and accountability with time. You can do the Pomodoro Technique with an app like the above or just with a notebook and pen. It should be really easy to account for the time and show how much progress you are making.

comment How to handle repetitive tasks with predictable subtasks?
Question: "An expression of inquiry that invites or calls for a reply." Answer: "A spoken or written reply, as to a question. A correct reply. A solution, as to a problem."

comment How can I share information in OmniFocus for iPad with a non OmniFocus user?
Thanks so much! Actually, I forgot that there was a manual available for download. It looks like I can only mail a single task at a time which is unfortunate as I have about 20 items send.

For another example search for "einstein's desk".
